Yealink SkySound CS10 Network Ceiling Loudspeaker

Yealink surprised us again by releasing the new Yealink SkySound CS10 ceiling loudspeaker. It features an acoustically tuned low-profile 2-way coaxial design, perfect for speech clarity for conferences and presentations. The CS10 combines active speaker functionality with an integrated DAC and PoE technology, allowing for a hassle-free setup and minimal latency. It is available as a Dante-enabled and a standard version, offering seamless integration into sophisticated audio networks.

It looks like Yealink designed the CS10 to work with the new SkySound CS20 flush-mount ceiling speaker, making it a perfect solution for larger meeting spaces where we have to extend the microphone and speaker system in the room. At this stage, we don't know how the speaker will work when paired with the Microsoft Teams and Zoom room systems offered by Yealink. We will test the CS10 speaker solution once the stock arrives in South Africa.

Yealink has just released the CS10, and it is only available from March 2024, so we only expect the stock to arrive in South Africa between April and May this year.
