The Crestron Flex P100-S provides a premium VoIP desk phone designed for use with the Skype® for Business intelligent communications platform. Enables superior voice calling and full-duplex hands-free conferencing in a stylish desktop package. A consistent user experience at every desk, workstation, and meeting space is provided via the familiar and intuitive Skype for Business touch screen UI, affording simple operation with comprehensive call and contact management features, built-in calendaring, and one-touch meeting joins.

The Crestron Flex P100-S desk phone installs easily and connects securely, with IoT cloud based provisioning and management via the Crestron® XiO Cloud™ service. Works natively with any Skype for Business account for a streamlined deployment on any enterprise or SMB network.

This product includes a complimentary one-year subscription for XiO Cloud Premium.

Native Skype® for Business Experience

The Skype for Business UC platform integrates business communication and meeting technologies, engaging people and bringing them together through messaging, voice over IP, online meetings, conferencing, content sharing, and collaboration. The Flex P100-S desk phone provides a native Skype for Business UC experience, with simple operation and one-touch meeting joins through a feature-rich touch screen UX familiar to users of Skype for Business and Office 365. Onboard calendaring, corporate directory access, hot desking, and BToE provide knowledge workers with the tools they need to work smart and efficiently. It simply works with any Skype for Business account and connects to any enterprise or SMB network implementing an on-site or cloud based Skype for Business deployment.

Note: When ready to migrate to the Microsoft Teams platform, every Crestron Flex desk phone can be upgraded easily with a simple firmware update.

Superb Sound Quality
Crestron® VoIP desk phones facilitate perfectly natural conversations with highly intelligible voice clarity, whether speaking privately on the handset or headset [1], or conferencing using the hands-free speakerphone function. High-performance AEC technology achieves transparent full-duplex performance free of distracting echo or noise. Wideband audio codec support allows for full-spectrum, bidirectional voice communication. The handset is hearing aid compatible to ensure an optimal experience for individuals with hearing impairment.

Colour Touch Screen
Its extra-large, full-colour touch screen makes the desk phone easy for everyone to use, whether dialling or answering a phone call, starting or joining an online meeting, looking up contacts, viewing call history, accessing voicemail, managing your calendar, or logging in as a new user. The physical keypad provides the essential controls for dialling out, managing a call in progress, muting or adjusting volume, and switching to hands-free or headset mode.[1]

The intuitive touch screen UI employs a look and layout familiar to users of Skype for Business and Office 365 software, so staff members can move effortlessly between using a phone and personal computer at their desk or workstation and other Skype for Business based Crestron UC conferencing solutions in a meeting room or huddle space.

BToE (Better Together over Ethernet)
Each Crestron desk phone provides a network connection for a PC, which allows both the phone and PC to be connected to the LAN through a single Gigabit Ethernet port. This connection also enables BToE, which allows the PC and phone to be paired together to enable interaction between Microsoft software on both devices for making and answering calls, and switching between audio devices.

Hot Desking
For organisations employing shared workstations or offices, workers can log in at any phone using their personal Skype for Business account. Once signed in, the individual’s presence status, contacts, voicemail, and meeting schedule immediately sync with their account for a seamless user experience.

Network Management and Security
The Crestron VoIP desk phone is an enterprise-grade appliance, engineered in partnership with Microsoft to integrate seamlessly into any Skype for Business deployment. It is ideally equipped for mass deployment throughout any-sized corporate, university, medical, military, or governmental facility.

IoT cloud based provisioning enables complete network configuration in advance of hardware delivery, with touchless updates following installation. Crestron XiO Cloud management enables monitoring and logging of device usage, as well as centralised help desk support.[2] Advanced security features ensure privacy, reliability, and compliance with the organisation’s IT policies. PoE compatibility enables the desk phone to be powered through its LAN connection.

[1] A headset is not included. For optimal results, Crestron recommends the Yealink® YHS33 headset, which is available for purchase from many common retailers.
